In this intensive 40-hour class that prepares students for the Louisiana State Private Investigator Exam, participants will learn basic investigative skills and discovery techniques. During the course, students will become familiar with state/federal investigator laws, undercover investigations, surveillance techniques, interview/statement methods, court record research, court procedures, computer database research, video/still photography techniques, locating witnesses and missing persons, and testifying strategies.
This course is required before taking the LA Private Investigators Board Exam and obtaining a private investigator license.

Requirements
- $100 check or money order made out to "Louisiana State Board of Private Investigator Examiners" is due on Sunday before taking the exam (instructor cannot take cash or credit card for the exam fee)
