Through a mix of lectures, discussions, scenario-based practice, and mock exams, participants will gain a thorough understanding of Louisiana notarial law and practice. Classes meet twice a week for two hours each session, providing focused and comprehensive preparation.
Required Text: Fundamentals of Louisiana Notarial Law and Practice (current official edition; included in course fee - do not purchase!)
Recommended Resources: Louisiana Civil Code, Louisiana Secretary of State website, and practice exam materials.
By the end of this course, you’ll be fully equipped to sit for the Louisiana State Notary Public Examination with confidence.
